Have you ever wondered whether your screening results are skewed by poor library representation or uneven distribution bias from the start? The solution is an integrated, end-to-end workflow that maintains library fidelity from synthesis through cell pool generation.

We recently completed a mouse genome-wide knockout screening project, Here are the key results:
1.
Library plasmid construction

• Library representation: 99.95% (target >99%)

• Distribution uniformity: 4.0 (<10 requirement)
2.
Lentivirus production

• Viral titer: ≥1×108TU/mL

 • Puromycin selection (10μg/mL) eliminated non-transduced cells within 48 hours
3.
sgRNA library cell pool construction

•  Final cell pool coverage: 97.93% (>85% target)

•  Distribution uniformity: 8.8 (<15 requirement)

Behind these results is our fully integrated workflow from library synthesis and lentivirus packaging to cell pool construction, ensuring consistency, traceability, and reproducibility at every step.
