簡約之宅  靜享時光

A simple house and a quiet time

本案以現代簡約為主題，整體色調用黑、白、灰及木色來協調，配合，簡單而不失溫馨。又因業主喜愛自然的東西，特別是動物，所以設計師為業主打造一個充滿自然氣息和人文味道的空間。

This project takes the modern simplicity as the theme. Black, white, grey and wood are coordinated as overall tone,simple but do not lose warmth.Also because the owner likes the natural thing, especially the animal, so the designer creates a space that is full of natural breath and humanistic flavor for the owner.

隨處可見的動物裝飾品，如茶几上的小鳥擺件，兔子造型的檯燈等，讓整個空間靈動了不少。設計師大膽更改樓梯位置，讓空間更加通透，動線更連貫。入門過玄關，最吸引眼球的便是從二樓延續到地下一樓的吊燈，大小不一的白色燈片由細線連接，遠看就像是樹葉飄在空中的感覺，搖曳多姿。風一吹，仿佛都能聽到樹葉“沙沙”的聲音。

The animal adornment that can be seen everywhere, such as the bird on the tea table, rabbit shape lamp,let whole space vivid a lot. Designer change stair position, make space more brightness. Entry porch, from the second floor is the mosteye-catching to underground on the ground floor of drop light, sizes of white light piece are connected by a thin line, far look like a leaf floating in the air feel, glittering. The wind blew,as if they could hear the rustle of leaves.

女主人書房內，木質的茶几和椅子為空間平添不少情調，為空間帶來一種沉靜平和的氣質。影音室里整個空間使用了大量的黑色和灰色，設計師特地選了黃色的沙發椅和不規則拼花地毯，豐富了整個空間。設計師通過高低層次打造下沉式花園，給空間帶來了更加豐富的視覺和使用的可能性。

Hostess's study, the tea table and chair of woodiness add a lot of feeling tone, bring a kind of calm and peaceful for space. The entire space in the video room uses a lot of black and gray, designer specially chooses yellow sofa chair and irregular Mosaic carpet, enriched whole space.The designer creates the sunken garden through the high and low level, which brings more abundant visual and use possibilities to the space. 

案例中，設計師於一層的客廳內使用了聖奧古丁晶鑽大理石系列，其大自然不同的元素營造不同的紋理和色效，令空間擁有六星級會所的氣派。於地下一層選用了石英石系列，其獨特的質感表面和精細的表面紋路，給空間無與倫比的質感。

In the project, the designer in a layer inside the sitting room uses the Sant'Agostino Marmocrea collection,the nature of different elements to build different texture and colors, make the space has the six-star elegance. The Quarziti collection isselected on the ground floor, with its unique texture surface and fine surface texture, giving the space a unique texture.
