Do you meet any trouble when replace iPhone X battery?
When replacing battery of iPhone X and the above, if human body touches the HDQ PIN on the battery connector as the picture shows, static electricity created by human body will possibly cause damage of battery protection board IC. In this case, if the phone can be turned on, but displays wrong battery percentage, you can disconnect the battery connector and try again. However, if the phone cannot be turned on, then you may get the battery damaged.
So I remind you to be very careful when installing batteries for iPhone X and the above to avoid any unnecessary loss.
