Dec 21st is Winter Solstice, our logistic department will stop delivery at 3:00pm on this Chinese traditional festival.  Therefore, we recommend customers to arrange delivery on this Friday Dec 17th.  Should you need to arrange water delivery for tomorrow (Dec 17th), please place order on or before 5:00 pm today (Dec 16th).  If you have already placed order, please ignore this email.

Due to Corona virus, to avoid spreading of the virus between our logistic staff and our customers, we will implement the following steps until further notice. 

1.     Customers are requested to put all empty bottles outside the door on the delivery day.

2.     Our logistic staff would deliver the water by your door and collect the empties.

3.     Delivery note will be put under the door for customers’ perusal.
