The Ministry of Information and Communications has proposed to invest VND8,000 billion (USD363 million) into a target program on information technology in 2016-2020. The objective of this program is to promote the application and development of information technology in three areas: development of the IT industry, promoting IT application, and information security development.
Vietnam’s booming ICT market offers an exciting chance to engage in the development of one of the world’s fastest growing ICT countries.
