We would like to invite you to participate in the above expo, which will be held concurrently with the Vietnam Saigon Textile & Garment Industry Expo 2016. These two expos are the biggest events in Vietnam's textile & garment industry.
Vietnam is relying heavily on fabric and material import
Vietnam's textile and garment exports are increasing, and are expected to reach $20.6 billion in the first 11 months of 2015. Vietnam also expects its garment and textile exports to grow by 11.5% annually until 2020. Although its textile and garment industry is booming, Vietnam still relies heavily on imported fabric, yarn, cotton and other materials from overseas, such as China, Taiwan, India, Pakistan, the US, Korea and Singapore.
Overwhelming results of Saigontex 2016
All the exhibition venue (SECC) spaces were already sold/reserved a few months ago. Although the organizers have increased the number of temporary exhibition tents from 1 to 8, they are still unable accommodate all the interested companies and some of the registered exhibitors are waiting for space to be allocated.
