Vietnam’s textile & garment exports scored a year on year growth of 15.4%, reached USD 7.82 billion, in the first quarter of 2018. It is expected that its annual export will continue expanding to USD 200 billion in 2035. Since Vietnam’s local production can’t satisfy its garment export production demand, it still relies heavily on fabrics and garment accessories import.
